Gender: Female

Hometown: Lumiose City

Personality: 
(Going to use concept since it speeks to me on a few levels )
Neutral Good: Cari will always try to do good for the situation in her mind. She has no concept of most laws though so will sometimes break rules to do the right thing.
Freerunner: Cari has increadible spacial awarness and understands and can anticipate her pathway in seconds.
Unlimited Energy: Cari has to much stamina and energy and cant stand still or sit patiently for more then a few minutes.
Illiterate: Cari does not know how to read or write, she had never gone threw schooling to learn
Social: Cari will always try to make friends first and rarely ever push away from human or pokemon contact
Impulsive: Cari has little filter, when she has something in her mind, she'll run off to do it or say it.
Pokemon understanding: being raised by pokemon, Cari has a deeper understanding of body language. Its impossible for her to understand the language, but she can understand pitch and actions of pokemon really well.
Eye damage: Cari's left eye was damaged badly. Though she can see threw it still, it has intense light sensitivity. During the day she has to keep it closed or at least mostly shut, and at night she can open it at least a bit more

Bio: Abandoned or lost at a very young age of about 3, Cari was as good as dead in an alley. Thankfully she had a fateful encounter with Atlas, as she'll say her adoptive father.
Atlas had already been caring for an infant Scraggy and Mediti, but this little human required aid.
Thanks to Atlas, Cari survived, and found her name as 'Cari' since that was the closest thing she got when addressed by her pokemon father.
As the years went on, Atlas somehow managed to amas a small group of 'children' and Cari gave everyone names, though still wild the troupe was one big happy family, not many people bugged them, thinking it was a young girl with her pokemon going on 'adventures' and soon enough, people in Lumiose City began to take notice of the small troup of fighting pokemon and their young trainer.
About the time when Cari had turned 16 though, something unfortunate happened, a man appeared claiming to be the owner of Atlas. A tall muscular man calling himself Arman the Blackbelt. Atlas was aggressivly against going with the man and fought away from him. Cari tried to talk the man down, trying to convince him he had the wrong Lucario, but Arman got violent and injured the girl calling her a theif. Cari received some sever cuts from a revealed knife and as a last ditch effort, she gripped a pokeball from a nearby stand and caught Atlas with it to prevent the man from taking her father. At this point, though when the man was about to get really dangerous police arrived and subdued the man, as they carted him away, he declaired he would take back his pokemon some day.
After that event, the shopkeep never charged the young woman and even offered her 5 more balls so she could give her family all homes but it wasnt just that, once a pokeball was used on a pokemon, they would be registered under the owner of the ball and would not be able to be captured.
Knowing this now, it took some convicing but she got pokeballs for each of her family members, but gave them each their ball to show they where there own owners and followed no humans ruling, though Cari would keep close, and hold the devices during battles and siturations to keep them safe.

While part of the tournament, Cari and the troup will respect the rules and retract themselves into the pokeballs, Tiamat may throw a fit on this and demand to not be in her ball for the battles.

Pokemon:
Atlas/Lucario: The adoptive father of this troup and personal trainer of everyone. Hes stalwart, true and intelligent. He was even a training pokemon in a previous time for a Gym in the region, but refuses to interact with them again. (Pokeball is held by Cari)
    Height: 5'5" ft / 167 cm
        Notes:  Has personally removed his spikes so as to better care for infants.
                   Engages in combat often but age has reduced his strength a good deal, will mostly use special attacks now
                    Appears to be angry but is a complete and utter softy. 
Lucy/Medicham: Seen as a close sister to Cari, Lucy is the main source of modesty and calmness of the group. She found a Medichamite a year or so back and achieved Mega evolution with it, but fears using the item since the power broke her relationship with Tiamat. (pokeball is worn on a chain with her mega stone)
    Height: 5'2" ft / 158 cm
        Notes:  Unlike most medicham, shes not very zen focused. But has a natural relaxation too her.
                   Will rarely ever use her mega stone unless in dire situations.
                    Can be very abnormally savage in combat 
Tiamat/Scrafty: Brash, and slightly aggressive, Tiamat finds the world ows her everything and shes not getting it. After Lucy had achieved mega evolution, she felt the power gap between her and her sister grew too far, before they where equal but with that damn stone, balance broke unpleasently and Tiamats been upset ever since (pokeball is hidden somewhere in her skin)
    Height: 3'2" ft / 97 cm
        Notes:  Has more scales on the left side of her face neck and shoulder then most scrafty
                   Her extra skin is all in one piece and works like a full set of pajamas/hoodie
                    Break dances to release frustration (Dragon Dance) 
Kujo/Haulucha: Jolly, caring and goofy, Kujo is actually the second oldest member of the group. He is viewed more as an uncle to everyone, as he was once partners with Atlas, though now resigns to being a simple guardian and fun member of the group. (pokeball is worn on his belt, its never right side up)
    Height: 3' ft / 91 cm
        Notes:  Has rather thick and bulky plumage and chest... Is very proud of this fact
                   Has zero OCD and will just place things for function rather then form
                   Always seems to have access too small bits of food and berries, favorite are Sitrus Berries 
Meeka/Breloom: Stunted at growth, the small Breloom stands barely at 2 feet tall, half the size of a standard breloom. Shes inquisitive, simple and seems to hold little personality of her own, but that aspect of her has grown into her own kinda mascot persona for the group. (Pokeball is worn on a chain)
    Height: 2'1 ft / 61 cm
        Notes:  In combat will stay back and act like a small ballistic, focusing on launching and peppering the target with bullet seeds relentlessly.
                   Can out stare a cat
                    Will usually run on all fours 
Aijay/Hitmonlee: The last member and youngest of the troup, Aijay feels like an outsider and feels he gets less attention then the rest. As such he began getting himself into trouble alot, pick pocketing and stealing things in order to attract more attention to him, he loves his family dont get him wrong, but he just wishes for more interest in him. (pokeball is worn on an armband)
    Height: 4'11" / 122 cm
        Notes:  Uses his spring like arms to snatch items at a distance
                    Is rather close with Tiamat since they both see the world as out too get them
                    Is not martial arts obsessed like most hitmonlee, though has his own style for combat. Has never faught with another propper hitmonlee.
